What To Do In The City

What we process
WTD.city processes the city and planning preferences you submit so it can rank activities and assemble an itinerary. If you sign in and save something, the saved search, plan, notification setting, and membership status are attached to your account. Unsaved public searches are not attached to an account.
Analytics
Google Analytics loads on site visits so we can measure where people find WTD.city, including referrer and campaign source, approximate geographic region, device and browser details, page views, and broad product interactions. Advertising storage, Google signals, and personalized advertising remain disabled. We do not send accessibility needs, free-text answers, or identity fields to Google Analytics. Global Privacy Control suppresses analytics collection for browsers that send that signal. Vercel may provide aggregate traffic, performance, security, and server logs needed to operate the site.
Activity and map providers
To answer a search, WTD.city may send the selected city, radius, dates, and broad activity criteria to configured place, event, weather, and map providers. Results retain links and freshness evidence so you can confirm details with the original source.
Advertising
Sponsored results are labeled and must already qualify as organic results. Advertisers may choose broad eligible audiences such as city, interests, mood, group size, party type, energy, setting, and travel range. WTD performs that match inside WTD and gives advertisers aggregate campaign reporting, not raw questionnaire submissions. Accessibility needs, venue searches, free-text answers, and identity are never advertising targets. WTD records a first-party impression only when at least half of the sponsored card becomes visible, and records a click when its sponsored action is used. A random first-party identifier is converted to a one-way keyed hash for deduplication; WTD does not give that identifier to the advertiser or use it to follow you across sites. WTD+ does not include sponsored placements.
Payments and advertiser accounts
Stripe processes WTD+ and advertiser payments; WTD stores Stripe reference IDs and subscription or payment status, not full card details. Advertiser workspaces store the submitted business identity, official website, campaign content, targeting, review state, delivery totals, and funding ledger needed to operate and report on a campaign.
Your choices
WTD.city does not show an in-site analytics switch. Browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control are honored automatically. Contact Eagle Point Publishing to ask about access, correction, or deletion of data associated with an account.
