Use of the service
WTD.city provides planning suggestions for personal use. You are responsible for confirming hours, availability, prices, accessibility, age restrictions, transportation, and safety directly with the venue or event organizer before relying on a recommendation.
Freshness and availability
We work to show source-backed, current information, but third-party details can change without notice. A fit score is a relative planning score, not a guarantee, review rating, probability, or endorsement.
Third-party services
Maps, ticketing, booking, venue, advertiser, and affiliate links may lead to services we do not control. Their terms, privacy practices, prices, and fulfillment obligations apply to transactions made with them.
Sponsored results
Payment does not make an otherwise ineligible activity qualify. Sponsored placement is labeled, is limited to an activity already present in the organic result set, and may receive one additional eligible priority position while the best organic result remains first.
Accounts and paid features
You are responsible for activity under your account. WTD+ access depends on successful payment and may be limited or removed when a subscription expires, is canceled, or becomes past due. Stripe's secure checkout and billing portal provide the applicable price and renewal details before purchase.
Advertiser campaigns
Creating a draft does not guarantee approval, delivery, traffic, or results. Business identity, destination, activity freshness, targeting, and creative are reviewed before funding can begin. Campaign delivery cannot exceed the approved prepaid budget, and invalid, stale, misleading, or ineligible campaigns may be rejected, paused, or removed.
Ownership and acceptable use
WTD.city software, branding, and original content belong to Eagle Point Publishing or its licensors. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, extract data at scale, or use it to violate another party's rights.
